Pricing FAQ
Is this the final price?
Yes for early adopters — this price is locked in permanently as long as your subscription is active. We may adjust pricing for new users after the early access period ends.
What does BYOK mean?
Bring Your Own Key. You connect your own API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, or another LLM provider. We don't charge you for LLM usage — you pay your provider directly. This keeps costs transparent and gives you full control over which model you use.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, always. Cancel through your Paddle billing portal and no future charges will be made. As for refunds: if you subscribed but never actually used Cerebro — never connected a repo, never ran anything — we'll refund you. If you did use it, infrastructure was provisioned and compute was spent, so no refund is issued. See the full Refund Policy.
How does billing work?
All billing is handled by Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle manages payment processing, VAT/GST, and invoice generation. You'll receive a Paddle receipt for every charge. Prices are in USD and may include local taxes applied by Paddle.
Is Cerebro for teams too?
Right now Cerebro is focused on individual developers — one codebase, one developer, full context. Team collaboration features are on the roadmap. Join the waitlist and you'll be the first to know when they ship.
